After Jack and I weathered a pair of CNW C44-9W's, they finally pulled a train for the first time. Now all I need to do is weather more cars. A nice bonus here is that MTH has started putting different horns in the same model locomotives.

Here they are running across the trestle. The locomotives did well on the layout, but a couple of cars had some issues.

Some PRR action this weekend. The K-Line GG1 handles the Fleet of Moderism passenger train on Track 1. On Track 2, Lionel RS-11 #8022 has the exress/mail/passenger accommodation  Must be one of those steam-generator equipped RS-11's.  Down on the lower level freight line, Lionel GG1 #4907 is in charge while the trolley makes its rounds.

Great video thanks for sharing! That's really some train display. I'm surprised how cool the underground part looked with all the trains parked and the Polar Express running through it.

Wow, I've been living in the DFW area for the past 30 years but grew up in Brooklyn. I worked a couple of summers in high school , '63 and '64 for National Messenger Service out of the lower level of Grand Central Station. The "older" guys showed us the underground routes to take when the weather was bad to get us to the Waldorf. I'm sure that way is closed off now.

I also ran a copier service group in the early 70's out of the Chanin Building on 42nd and Lex, and ate many lunchs in the the terminal.

Remember the huge Kodak picture on the West side?

I just received my Williams PRR K4s Streamlined engine back from George (forum ID is GGG) with the new DCS/PS-2 kit installed.  George also installed an MTH smoke unit, and oiled everything for me.  It runs great and smokes great.   Here is a quick video of the completed engine and a demo of the quilling whistle.  Thanks George!
