This is awesome. I came across a diagram of your track plan from a few years back. Now I've come across this video. 
I really like how you have two loops, one for passenger and a more complicated one for freight. I was thinking about doing something similar. Do you have any pictures of your layout from above? I'd love to see the completed layout.
Not very good ones I'm afraid. The train room is currently quite the mess, its also our storage room apparently.
