One of my nephrology colleagues was taking pictures in downtown Richmond and sent me these. This is very close to the Triple Crossing.

Got all my passenger equipment together for a rare photo shoot. Almost never run my passenger trains as they produce a negative revenue on my railroad. Now back to the storage yard until tourist season.

As far as I know, there were only three Mail Pouch barns in California.  The one on my layout is near the city of San Luis Obispo.  Southern Pacific will use the siding at nearby Camp Roberts and Fort Hunter Liggett to deliver the Sheridan.  There is a vintage Sheridan M551A1 on display at this US Army base.  Another piece of history is one of the California missions, which is open to the public.  There are some nice photos being shared this week--thanks!

Roger, this is one of the nicest roundhouses in the O-Gauge industry. You did a spectacular job in assembling and finishing it off.

I used black Naugahyde for this layout, and that's what I use on my "big" layout.  I mmake a paper template of all the roadways and razor cut it out of one piece usually. On my modular layout, I glue dark grey felt for roads.  Works well with green felt "grass"
