Maybe. The market out there for these Weaver engines is high's and low's. One guy I was looking at had his already converted and I believe his price was around $1000. Some of the other ones out there like mine range from mid $300-$700's. Of course the price range is skewed both ways as one I was looking at was damaged and a lower price, others like mine were in great condition but I don't recall the certificate being shown on some, and the price was around what I paid.
I still have to pop it on the tracks and see what the sounds are like so when I get it upgraded I have something to go on. I should be able to do that this weekend I hope, so there should be a quick video unless my plans get whacked.
