This week, after setting up the module lower level, I opened the MTH flat cars carrying construction equipment. One of many great purchases I've made through OGR. Here the quality control inspector finds them to his liking.

Came across this nice bulkhead flat with crates. It appears to be a kit built car and the detailing is nice, especially the several wooden crates

Here is my son painting a MTH P42 from a Amtrak Phase III into a Phase V scheme.

We got tried of waiting for Williams by Bachmann to make the Phase V Genesis.

Yes, That is the plan.  We already have a MTH F40 which we gutted and kitbashed into a Amtrak cabbage unit.  That will be the next unit to be painted.  I will need to custom make the Downeaster decals and the Genesis Phase V decals.  I have the HO scale decals as a starting point.  Will scan and scale them up to 1/48.  Our layout will have North Station with 4 tracks.  The Garden and the Boston skyline as a backdrop for that section of the layout.   We already have 9 Lionel Amfleet cars.  4 of them will be used for the Downeaster.
