The Case Jones Chapter TCA continued work on our new light weight modular layout for use at our Chapter train shows.

Here are a few pictures of our work session this past Saturday.

Installing the furniture locks needed to secure the modules together 

Building the last two end modules. The layout will measure 15x10

Determining the approximate location of the operating cars and accessories.

Accessory row will use Post was track. The rest of the layout will use Fast Track.

A little steam action.  Running my smaller steam engines with scale consists.  Scenery on my layout is still a mess since last summers track plan revision.  I've been running everything in my collection to make sure there are no (major) conflicts with new plan.   Once I'm sure, I'll start repairing my backdrops, screw down track and finish river and Harpers Ferry hill.
