The blue Cascade Bipolar is certainly unique!  I have never seen one before.

My Rich-Art Cascade Bipolars, both Standard and O gauge,  all have twin can motors with chain drives.

The blue one uses all gear drive, each of the two big can motors driving 4 axles daisy-chained together with brass gears.  My orange one uses the Richart chain drive.
