I have an MTH / RK Triplex ( 30-1531-1E ) that I am getting ready to install LEDs for the headlight , firebox and interior cab light.
It has front amber markers and rear red lights on the tender. Since I've been trying to install LEDs everywhere on the layout and on the locomotives to reduse power draw, I wondered how much power is drawn by these little marker lights.
Are these little things some type of incandescents or LEDs Gunrunner ? 🤔

The marker lights should already be LED, so that's no problem.

Most PS/2 stuff have LED class lights and markers, the other lights are indeed 6V bulbs.
Bulb size was the issue I am sure. Some very early PS-1 Premier used grain of wheat bulbs for lighting markers that may have been separately attached. Same goes with some brass I have seen. Like those on the J. But in general and most as john mentioned are LEDs.
