An MTH Imperial Nickel Plate 765. I preordered it September 2020 and the delivery was Oct 2020, then February 2021, then June 2021, then September 2021…. It finally came in and shipped the other day and will be here tomorrow. After waiting that long I can’t decide if I’ll wait till Christmas to run it more than for testing or not…

Better health for everyone. Less pain and less stiffness for those suffering with these conditions. A vaccination that eliminates covid19 completely and for ever. A cure for cancer, diabodies, dementia and all other diseases.

I don't feel like asking for much this Christmas, being that I'm 27 years old, and I do shopping for model trains for myself. But maybe, I'll ask for PBS' Tracks Ahead DVD set this year.

Well with a delivery date Oct. 2020, you should have had it for Christmas 2020. So run it when you get it. As they say, life is uncertain, eat dessert first. 😁

This year I’m asking Santa if I can be him. That way I can give myself every train I ever wanted.

It'd be nice if the MTH C&NW RS-1 and EJ&E SD-9 I preordered arrived while I'm back home for the holidays so I can test them out.  I ordered the SD-9 all the way back in April.

Darn!  I wanted to get a friend's 5-year old son the Lionel John Deere Lionchief set for him for Christmas.  He's a huge John Deere fan and he asks about my trains.  Unfortunately the shipping estimate is 2021-12-31.   Does anyone know if there was a previously released set?

I have an agreement with my girlfriend.  She doesn't talk about the amount of trains I have, and I don't talk about the amount of shoes she has!

I might need one of those Menards Sinclair tank cars as well. Better write another letter to Santa.

According to Mr. Muffin, my long-awaited/custom order Christmas present is on its way. Aside from that, my material needs at this point in my life (and hobby) are few indeed. I'm grateful for the good health I still enjoy and for each day I'm on the topside of the grass. That being the case, I wish the same for ALL who read this post.

I’m fortunate enough to have no real needs and able to afford my wants. My wish is for my friends and family to make donations to Armed Forces YMCA.

I’m pretty sure the intent of this thread was what train related Santa requests are on your list. We all want health, world peace, whirreled peas, goodwill towards men, etc.

As for myself if Santa wants to bring me any train items, some room decorations would be at the top of my list.

To be done with our whole house remodel, so I can have the time to unpack my trains and get a layout started.

Not another bad diagnosis and possible surgery. I had 2 already this year.

Finish my new house to me chores and get down into my basement and unpack some trains. I only have one unfinished 4 x 8 table setup with a Lionel starter set to amuse the grandsons.

Oh Santa Claus? I asked for the Lionel NASA Space Set and the add-on Space Capsule car. I heard that's it's gonna be a little late (March 2022).

And some more Boxcars from both Lionel and Menards.

I'm asking Mr. Claus to solve the supply chain issue.

No new trains this year. Which is fine for me. Last holiday season I had the proverbial flurry of Lionel deliveries in December and on into January. I mostly took a pass on the catalogs this time around.

Waiting for '22 Volume 1. I know there will be a number of new Amtrak items (including several of the Anniversary liveries and maybe a set?) so I'll be watching for them in the New Year. 

Wonderful things for our troubled world ... is part of my morning prayers. My letter to Santa is me being selfish.    An elf told me that Santa will be bringing a NIB 2-rail CNJ ALCO RS-1.

I guess I was especially good this year ... first railroad gift in quite a while.
