Ebay (and others) need to provide a list of these things (shows how good I was in English!) so the un-washed can understand. Although, I emailed them once about seeing some listings on something called "ebay.tv" and they had no idea what the ".tv" was. Once I knew they didn't know I backed away from buying from there.
The other TRO items I saw were in a magazine I got the other day, good to know what it means!
Of course we have no way of knowing how many miles it took to complete that test run. Some of my engines are still doing test runs every time I put them on the track. Ask for a photo of the wheels and pickup rollers. If the wheels have a shiny streak or the pickup rollers have a noticeable color change from side to side then I would say totally used. Test run should barely leave a noticeable change in the wheels or pickup roller.
