Yes, anti static envelope/bubble wrap and lots of extra padding at the ends, boxed. Light boxes get tossed a lot, but envelopes get bent. I had about a 5% chance of loosing a board to damage in envelopes alone. Padding the ends helps stop damage from tossing. The flat side absorbs the landing like a snowshoe, the edges concentrate the same forces to less square inches total.

Thanks everyone for their imput so far. Aluminum foil - this is the first time I've ever herd of using that material. 

Can someone please explain to me why Aluminum foil is good for electronic wrapping? One would think if a person has built up a static charge and wrap a board in aluminum foil, would not that charge be distributed to the board and all electrical components touching aluminum foil are subject to that static charge? What am I missing here?
