I just received my LCCA Coal Train Set and it is damaged. This is the first train set I have ordered from the LCCA.

I looked on the club web site, and I couldn't find any information. What is the process when we receive a damaged set?

Who do we contact, where do we mail it, does the LCCA pay for the shipping, etc.

I'm always apprehensive when I receive a package and I can hear something moving around in the box. When I picked up the switcher I could see a large piece of metal clunking around in the cab, and a little phillips head screw fell out, and there are some scratches on the body of the locomotive.

Yes, I contacted the business office via email back around the start of this topic. They have been in touch and are in the process of taking care of the problem. Everyone I have corresponded with at the LCCA have been very courteous and professional. They are going to take care of us.

Bad joke time: I guess we can actually say we got a "clunker". But, it sounds like only a couple of folks.
