What kind of Board Is This???

Hello,here is a Premier F3 I got from MTH’s Repair dept.cleanout. It came with two motors,powered trucks,lights,smoke unit,and this board.I need help with identifying this board that came with it.It has alot of places to plug things in.See photos and Thank you!!-Kenny B
