What railroad and type of locomotive is it?

Last night, I was watching one of my DVDs with foreign railways on it (this particular one being with variations on the Orient Express trains) and the beginning shows different trains from around the world.

One is a locomotive I've seen in books before, but never knew what it was: it's green with yellow trim, I think a 4-8-4 wheel arrangement, and the body that looks like a scaled down PRR T-1.

Does anyone know what kind of locomotive that is, what railway it ran for, and if anyone's ever offered a replica of it in O or HO?

I believe you're referring to the South Australian Railways 520 Class locomotives:

Some years back, an HO brass locomotive was offered by Alco Models. It was built by Ajin. These are extremely rare and prices have been nearing the $3,000.00 mark.

Although they look impressive they have axle loading under 16 tons and a relatively modest tractive effort by American standards. They were big power for South Australia. 5'3" gauge.
