You need the very cool and odd triangular head screwdriver. Walmart has a set of 4pcs Triangle Screwdriver Set.

Interesting. These 180-Watt PowerHouse™ Power Supply SKU: 6-22983 bricks came with the ZW-C set catalogued in 2001. I have a triangle driver and that type won't work. The screw head I'm seeing definitely requires a spanner driver similar to below illustration.
These are the 180 watt bricks that required the Phase Adapter (see attached pdf).
Long shank spanner screwdriver sets are available and that may be my solution.

Odd, I have a few PH180's that are dated 2008 and 2009 and they have the triangle screws. I guess Lionel though those weren't secure enough!
For those, you can make them out of a screwdriver with about 20 seconds and a Dremel cutoff wheel.
The spanner bit for those screws is a #8. This one for a Select-A-Bit screwdriver had to be ground to a narrower blade so it fit into the narrow screw slots of the brick.

I used a regular flat blade and filed a notch in the center of it.
