Hi all,
Is it possible to adjust the wheel gauge on newer Atlas wheelsets. I've
got 2 different cars that each have one axle where the gauge is bad enough
that it causes derailments. I can tell these are pressed on pretty tight. Would
oil around the bushings help loosen them. I've already made the mistake of
trying to wrap a piece of cardboard around the wheels and twisting them
with pliers only to leave a couple of nasty bite marks on the wheel and
axle. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I can't really afford to buy
new wheels right now.
