Wheel sets for ore cars

I know P&D Hobbies had a whole box of the wheel sets, about a buck apiece...Send Pat a email and he will fix you up...

Any luck finding these fast angle wheel sets.  How many where you looking for???

Hi Marty:

 

I need 56 wheel sets, and have no idea as to what type of wheel set I needed. P&D has most in metal wheels and could  supplement in plastic. I hope I am getting the right things, as Pat is sending me the order. Very nice person to deal with I might add.

Kline and Lionel use fast angle wheels with needle point axles.  So they are pretty much interchangeable...

Curious as to how you came into so many ore cars without wheelsets. I'm up to 75-ish, and haven't lost any yet Who's the manufacturer? ---PCJ

I'm selling off train stuff for another person who's father operated a train store. The ore cars are boxed, but for some reason sans trucks. I have about 9 shells of the Lionel #9408  (1978)   Circus Stock car to get rid of. No frames, just the shells.  $5 plus S/H
