When does the OGR magazine ship out ?

 I just recently (Dec of 2011) became a mail delivery subscriber instead of traveling 60 miles round trip to get each months copy of OGR.

 So I was wondering ,since the April/May issue is due for delivery ,when should I expect it ?

 And does it ship in a plastic bag.I've got mine both ways so far,with and without a bag over the magazine.
