Where do you build your Kits?

My son has a "Man Cave" of sorts with an office (work bench area), bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, BBQ and room for working on our military vehicles. We also store all our empty train boxes here.

I don't have a picture...but I used to work at my workbench in the garage. Seems it didn't take too long for the bench to get covered up with all kinds of stuff so I moved upstairs to the train room where I have a folding table I work on....but many times I will work directly on the floor...especially when I am working on a tall structure.
