I've looked at Bill's Modern Toy Train Parts and he has the .046, but not the .038

Brasseur (traindoctor.com) has them. Look up as part number 8069-206 & 8071-206.

Their numbering system isn't the easiest to follow but these should be the tires you need. Lenny
