Yes, I built an HO gauge one for my trolley layout. It was the Faller one. It was a total nightmare to build. The track was three pieces: articulated plastic center and two vinyl tubes that had to be glued to the center piece. Plastic glue would not work Only CA glue would work. The track was a continuous thing about 6 feet long and you could only do it about 6 inch at a time on the supports. Then you had to let the glue get good and setup before going on. It took forever and I did not get the angle of the track right and the coaster would not stay on the track. In fact, the track ended up about an inch too short (my routing was not correct, apparently) so I had to innovate for that last inch or so in the track. It looks good on the layout but it won't run. I built the Faller Fair structures around its base to make a carnival.

Would I recommend it or do it again... NO!!!

But once done it looks good but doesn't work. It is huge too (both in foot print and vertically). It took months to get it done (a lot of procrastination due to frustration).

It is a Coaster Dynamix. Worked pretty well. Problem is that the track got misaligned so it doesn't complete the lap to return to the lift. We haven't had time to realign it.

I agree that they run un-prototypically fast, but they're interesting.

That looks like a coasterdynamix model. How do you like it? How well does it work?
