A friend of mine has a brass 2-6-6-2 which appears to be a GN model. He does not have the original box. He bought it years ago and can not remember who made it. I wonder if it is a Sunset model. Can anyone help?

The one in my set of reference photos has a name plate underneath that looks to indicate it was made by Ajin / Korea.
According to the brass guide 2 importers imported a GN 2-6-6-2 in 0. Overland Models (in 1988) and NJ Custom Brass. Both were made by Ajin.

Again according to the brass guide (http://www.brasstrains.com/BrassGuide/PDG) the value is supposed to be $3000. I have never seen one running, so I do not know about running qualities.
