That's probably the best and easiest way.

I'd go to hobby lobby and buy some balsa wood, small detail parts and do it myself.  It would be a fun small project.  But again I admit...that link above is awesome.  I had no idea that this was made.

The pool table is a detail part from a retired saloon kit that now is available separately along with a jukebox and a pinball machine. See Series 7440.
