I'm not the fan you are Scott, but I sort of figured Lionel issued all the more recent cars to complement or complete the original cars they did for Eastwood rather than start over.
The 1st mint car from the Eastwood series has Luxury Tax and Income Tax printed on the windows.
Of course, using my logic the newer Electric Company hopper, Go to Jail mint car, and white colored Water Works tank car you show would not have come to be since there was the Electric Company Transformer car, Jail Stockade Car, and also the yellow colored Water Works tank car from Eastwood.
There is a really good article on this series on TCA e-Train. See here. Don't forget about the Eastwood engines (3) and the starter set! It is interesting that they have done Reading twice for the caboose (1st Eastwood, then the 36646 they issued with the 38678 Hudson) and Short Line (from starter set), but never Pennsylvania or B&O. All 4 RR were listed on the Hudson tender though.
The Auto Loader Car shown on the e-Train article seems to cover Passing Go (edit: and maybe also Free Parking, now that I notice it's on the upper corners of that car).
I have this feeling like you now have some new things to search for?
There are also at least a few repainted Lionel items made over the years for Monopoly. I recall years ago seeing a maroon-ish orange Generator car, there is a submarine on a flat car, and a GP-9 with caboose (I admit I need to check for what is printed on the caboose). I don't think these show up a lot on the secondary market. There may be others, those are just ones I am aware of.
