I have been able on a couple of electric outline std. gauge engines to tweek the wheels by hand, and was able to correct a pretty bad wobble. This works only if the axle is not bent. I run it (slow as possible) upside down on a folded towel being careful of delicate boiler trim, to see which wheels need adjusting, (maybe remove driver rods first), or just turn by hand. Usually one wheel is worse. Start with that one. Eyeball the wheel at one side of the frame, when it is at the closest point, tweek it carefully the opposite way, a little at a time. Of course Trainlarry suggested the correct way, but it might be costly. Good luck.
