Anyone on here use woodland scenics products? I have a question about their flex paste, if I were to cover my foam board base in the future can I drill through it or modify it to add roads etc if my layout changes?

Flex paste is basically thick latex paint. You can do just about anything over the top of it.
If you have to cover a huge area, using something like Killz primer or another thick coating primer that comes in a gallon can is probably a more economical choice. Ive used the flex paste and I dont think there's really anything "special" about it.
