I know a lot of folks are looking for Woodland Scenic's items. I saw on the Ready to Roll site in Miami that they have good deals on Lubener's General Store, Harrison's Hardware and J.W. Cobbler...AND....you can PRE-ORDER the Corner Emporium, Country Store and Deuce's Bike Shop which will be released in the not too distant future. RTR and Bill Lucas are great folks to deal with so give them a shout if you are looking for these items...305-688-8868; or e mail them at "rtrtrains@aol.com". Jim

here is a picture of the upcomming bike shop!
Here is a shot of the HO version to get a better picture of what's in the shop yard!
I honestly think these buildings may push some people into "O". I remember seeing these at train shows in "HO" and thinking how great it would be if they were in "O". At the very least, they will inspire some to go "Hi-Rail".
Cost wise, just look at them in terms of box cars. Do you want a building, or 3 more box cars?
I have all three of the first buildings WS released last year and I plan to obtain all of the new offerings for this year. It's not often that you find ready-built structures that are fit to place right on the layout without some additional weathering, painting, or detailing, but these buildings sure do "blend in" well right from the get-go. And, of course, one can always go back and do some additional customizing on them if that's what is preferred.
I had friends from Virginia visiting a week or so ago, and the wife, who is a prominent Large Scale modeler, was particularly impressed with the Woodland Scenics structures that are still just temporarily placed on my under-construction layout.
Just saw the advert for these in RMC last night. Seems like WS might actually understand that there is a market for sch items in O scale. Good for them!
Charles Ro does not have this. any other website, where it is available for a decent price?
