I have a pre made Woodland Scenics structure (Ethyl's Gas) that was wired for lighting.

I've been putting in the plug and play lighting system abd noticed what appears to be the master plug has a female socket, but the power source also has a female socket.

In other words, the connecting cord appears to need a male connector at each end.

Is this correct?

I don't have one of the Woodland Scenics power supplies, but since they connect into the Light Hubs which have all female sockets, I would have expected the power supply to have a male connector.  Regardless, Woodland Scenics makes two extension cables.  One has male connectors on both ends and the other has a male on one end and a female on the other.
