Show was great. Nice displays from MT, Lionel, Ross Switches and others. A real mix of gauges from Standard Gage Tin Plate sown to N gauge. Lots of children there, running trains and riding the Thomas train. Maybe our hobby will pick up with shows like this.

Big crowd. My problem. Too many strollers. That is a good thing. Means kids are getting introduced to the hobby. Big Ken, saw you but you were busy. Funny. The HO's are always having troubles. The N gauge is so slow. I would go to sleep trying to run them. Great scenery on both. Seems the N layout does not have the problems the HO does. I would have thought the other way around. O just kept going around and around. Went by and chatted with the guy at Train Loft. Neat special runs. Grandson [8 1/2] enjoyed the Logo train the most.
Come and see see the new " LCCA Switching Track Traveling Boxcar" in Raleigh NC. It will be on the LCCA Mini layout which was designed and built by TW Design of Dallas TX. LCCA Member David Bjorkman and his East Carolina a Railroaders Club will have their LCCA/Lionel FasTrack Modular Railroad layout set up and operational during this show. LCCA member Michael Broggie gives a fabulous presentation about Walt Disney's Railroad story.
The LCCA's booth is set up next to Lionel's. Come and meet Lionel's team of representatives and have some fun with Lionel Trains. We hope to see you there!
