I am just starting my "city scape" area of the new layout and will be using a bunch of flats and shadow boxes. Thanks Doug for offering such a fine structure and for a good price to boot. It will look great with my previous purchases from you guys.

If you go to Doug’s website (found at the bottom of his post above) you will find the buildings at the bottom of the first page. Price depends on whether you are interested in the building or the shadowbox.

$125.00 for the shadowbox (1" deep) and $275.00 for the 6" deep building. I just extended the coupon code, YORKF18EARLYORDER10%, through this Friday because a couple of our customers were waiting to see the final painted version which I posted yesterday. The coupon code gives you 10% off all offerings on the website. Make sure to select York Pickup in the shipping pulldown menu if you are picking upon form us in the Orange Hall.

Note that both the shadowbox and building come lit and you have the choice of clear or translucent glazing.

At the request of one of our customers, the D.F. Stauffer Biscuit Co. building is also now offered as a flat. It will have then same elevation features as the shadowbox or 6" deep building, except that it will only be about 1/4" thick/deep. The price is $100.00.

The website has been updated to include the model as a flat. You will see it either on the new product crawl on the bottom of the home page our under CityScape Flats in the Shop pull-down menu.
