"you have to upgrade"

I've been gone for 3 months, so today was the first day to turn on the trains. Everything turned on ok and when I went to run my SW 177 switcher it ran, but I could not use rev or some other features. The message "you must upgrade" came up.

I purchased the $4.99 software and then I did upgrade to the $25 one, but when I go to check the upgrade for what I purchased it does not show that I purchased. What is going on?

I have a TIU that worked fine in Dec. 2022 and now it does not.

Can someone help me here. Thanks.
