In theory, one might be able to lock the PS2 loco in neutral- but that is just extremely kludgy. I've never tried this, so I have no idea if you can lock in neutral.
By golly it worked! Thank you. The ps2 stays on but doesn't move, which is fine since this situation only pops up occasionally during my operations and is temporary.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
