Can you power Ross switches off the accessory jack on a Z4000? Or is it better to use individual transformers? Not wanting to use track power.

The only accessory jack that I know of on a Z-4000 is the one that the remote controller plugs into. I never heard of using this to power accessories. Am I missing Something?

You can use the fixed voltage outputs to power turnouts. The momentary power used to operate the turnouts will not affect track power. It'll save from using another transformer to plug in just for the turnouts.
