Thanks Charlie - I had to throw one on the roof (ground) just like when I was a kid and would go out and find what I hung was on the ground. 
I've had one on the layout for years. Didn't realize they were a chain store. Really nice job on the extra details. The window signs, signage on the walls, the hanging laundry and especially the awning.

Wonderful. Where did you get or how did you create your signage?

Hi Dave - went online and searched for O scale signs. Printed them up and mounted them on styrene painted black. The others I glued to the brick after sanding them thin and wash black acrylic paint over them.

Nice work Dave. I like the painted window frames... those are not easy to do.
