I have several ZWs in boxes. Besides the regular brown boxes, I have one with an orange box and one with a yellow box. Does anyone know the dates that the orange and yellow boxes were issued? I've looked at several on-line websites but there doesn't seem to be any information on the boxes themselves.

Are you trying to determine if the transformers are in the correct boxes, otherwise why can't you go by the printed information on the transformers?

I'm tyring to determine the range of production in each color box. As far as I know, there is NO information as to year of production on either the box or the transformer, unlike the Z4000 transformers. Even it there was, I'm not sure if the right transformers are in the actual original boxes. I have at least 6 of these laying around at this point.

The tandem associates website has none of the information I'm looking for. I've already checked that and run a global search on "years of production of ZW boxes". Nothing comes up. Since I'm in NJ and most of these came from this general area, there are no other tags on the boxes or transformers.
