Weaver's catalog states their troop sleepers will operate on O-31 curves.

A scale looking one? NOBODY. But....
Lionel back in the 1990's had their 027 bumk car painted for a military set that could be used as a troop sleeper.

I don't know of any made for O31 or smaller curves.
Interesting. I have Weaver's Spring 2005 catalog I kept when I bought my troop sleeper, and it states "operational on O-31". I guess its operates on O-31 but doesn't run on O-31

K Line makes them if you can find them. Weaver make a scale version of the Pullman Troop Car.
