I have my regular 0-27 train layout. Was thinking of occasionally running an 0-27 trolley. Besides the Lionel bump n run trolley , anyone have suggestions for other types made by Lionel or other companies? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

You might do a bit of googling for some leads. MTH had units in the past. I am thankful for the used Bowser units I came upon. Is the 027 requirement based on turning radii or matching track height? I have 027 because of lack of space.

On eBay do a search on 'O Gauge Trolley Streetcar'. You should have plenty of choices to look at.
Bogart, I have a lot of 0-27 rolling stock and also the space .
texgeekboy, thanks
For decades I have run 4 brands of trolleys for three rail and MTH works the best and lasts the longest for me... so far. Works as Bump N Go or on a loop.
MTH RK bump n go has been my most reliable and at the best value. Lionel comes in second.
Also, for the season, I like my dept. 56 On30 trolley. Neat to switch things up to HO, at least for me
My choice (made by price) was the Industrial Rail trolley. We used it for under-the-tree. The scale is probably closer to "S" than "0". It will run on Super Street track if you remove the limit screws on the trucks. HOWEVER: there have been reports of them suddenly catching fire, and I only ran it when I was in the room with it. Still, it does look better than the rest of the bump-and-go.
MTH is the best by far. Lionel’s has a metal slide on the bottom of their trolley that doesn’t have a replacement. MTH has replaceable rollers and are very reliable.
I've replaced the slide in my 60 trolleys several times. They're on eBay.
laz1957 thanks
I'll concur with the MTH bump-and-go as durable, reliable runners.
