Anybody have any ideas where to find this tool? It is a H.Lee Willis recommend item for working on E-Z Street cars and as always he is correct. I've tried all the usual suspects (Walthers, Frys ect). UnclePeteRR

Those Lowes or Home Depot sets they have at Christmas time. And of course the old favorite Harbor Freight. Whia USA is worth a look, always something nice there (I could not find your PH0000 though...).
Here's one on eBay, but you could look there yourself: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/2...ps&ul_noapp=true
PH0000 is usually a cell phone tool piece.

Here's a set from Micro-Mark. I don't know if the "0-4" size means "0000"

I have this set from Harbor Freight, it's smallest PH is 00 and that's pretty small, a 0000 would be half the size? Sounds like a watchmaker's size screw.

Thanks for the suggestions. The difference between "000PH" AND "0000PH" is very slight but believe me ol' Lee knows of what he speaks when he says thats what you need. I have tried the eye repair route but not watch repair.
Thanks, UnclepeteRR
I have worn spectacles since 3rd grade ,1972, and the small Phillips head screws on the Wasatch trucks are in the range of 0000P 1.5 mm. thanks for the link now can disassemble them without fear of stripping the heads. 5.00 no shipping not bad.
Sears
Best if you can visibly check them as not all phillip screw drivers are equal. I've got some nice phillips where the slots are really thin and another set where the slots are way too thick and are useless for fine phillip head screws. I find a lot of the in-expensive sets only have the thick slots and do not fit the small #0 and #1 phillips screws.

This is a set plus one of German made phillips screw drivers bought several decades ago for camera work. In fact they are "made in W.-Germany."
The purple band one is the smallest of the long ones.
Ron
Ron,
I find anything made in Germany means 'high quality'.

I guess if you can find a Sears that's still open.

Uncle Peter,
Try Wiha Tools at:

They have that size and every other size too.
Sean
Like I said last night, Whia does not have the PH0000. They have the PH000. It's right there on Sean's link. eBay does have a 1.2 Philips which should equate to a PH0000. ( eBay item number: 281489721997)
Here's the link to it:

Now what I'd like to see is a photo of the screw you want to use this PH000 to remove that has generated so much search response. It's a challenge I reckon.

I will try and post a picture tomorrow when I visit a clock shop. The screw holds the roller pick up plate which allows you to remove the body of the E-Z Street panel van. Lee wrote in book to have these tools before you start. I am trying to put blue flashers on the roof and voila an MP van.
thanks for all the input. UnclePeteRR

The link is to the Tacoma, WA store - near the OP - there's plenty of them open.
