Carvana is based in Tempe. The O scale layout at the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park in Scottsdale has one of these. It’s pretty impressive!
Glad to see its back, and looks like the "legal issues" that probably caused its disappearance have gone. Now that seller on FeeBay with the outrageous prices who seemingly is the only one that ever has any in stock for sale and somehow finds victims to pay him $275-$300 can keep his models with the incorrect spelling gathering dust.

Looks like this latest version has blue showroom carpet compared to red carpet in the first run. Also noticed the lettering for "showroom" is not over the sales floor opening. Super cool that CARVANA is on the building now.
