I agree, Terry. Thanks for the heads up, Mark the Menards Guy. Just ordered another one because I plan to customize. My only disappointment is I have to pay shipping because of low stock or seasonal. Otherwise, all my Menards buildings have been ship-to-store for free.

After two weeks of debating it, I Just finally put my order in last night. I first saw this building on a modular layout this past February and really liked it. Wasn’t planning on buying any new structures yet but I just couldn’t let this one slip away. Now I just need to make some rearrangements to my layout build.
Received my Menards Strip Mall Shopping Center on Saturday. Great building and it’s cramming 5 businesses into one area which help’s with the limited space. I already have a few more buildings from Menards in mind, just not yet ready so please no more low inventory posts. It triggers my FOMO! 😆

(P.S. I hope @Menards continues to post on this forum in regards to the low inventory items. I get the emails but really appreciate the forum interactions too.)
