This happened a few days ago, here in WI. One guy lost his life and wasn't even his fault!

Wow. Sad for sure.
Having grown up in southern California, I always thought Canadians and those from the northern tier of states would all be superb at driving in winter conditions. This incident, and many first-hand experiences have proven me wrong. No matter where you go, there are always some who drive too fast for winter conditions. Yes, even Canadians do it. May the service van driver rest in peace.

Hauling Mail means going faster than a bat out of hades!
The fog was horrible that morning, couldn't see across the Hwy
