That's right! Check out this brand-new lighted billboard! And, with it's 26 interchangeable decals included, this billboard is sure to find it's way onto anyone's layout!

Prelit and prebuilt, this O scale billboard features 26 interchangeable decals. Decorate your billboard front and back with an assortment of colorful decals, including popular brand names and railroad advertisements. This backlit billboard also houses over 25 LED lights, ensuring your chosen decal will come to life with beautifully saturated light! Constructed of wood and metal for maximum strength, this finely detailed accessory also includes 2 O scale workers, a replica metal walkway, ladders and a sturdy base.

This billboard is specially designed to be used anywhere in your train layout. Use the larger (thin) base, and the billboard can become a freestanding sign. And, for a more permanent addition, you can remove the larger base and fasten the billboard directly to your layout with the predrilled holes.

Requires 4.5-volt power source (sold separately, Menards SKU# 279-4061, 4062)

regarding the optional 3-outlet adapter, how far apart can the billboards be placed based on cord length?

Garrett76,

That's a good question. After main the wire splits into 3 directions the leads are roughly 30" long, so technically if you hooked up 2 billboards, you can set them about 60" apart as long as the power is directly between the two billboards. Does that make sense? It sounds right in my head.

I ordered a couple of these because they can be lighted, although I still don't know if that will be enough to distract from my other billboards on my layout.

Bryan, where did you get this bill board? I'm sure everyone would like this one. Also, I'm sure Menards doesn't carry it. Please let me know where you got it?  Tom.

I don't want to  hijack Menards thread but I will email you privately tonight where I got these and send you the info.  The sign itself is homemade and I made a couple of other "inappropriate" and "politically incorrect" ads to put into them.

I'd like to get in on that as I'm sure a lot of others. Email in my profile

Thanks

am I doing this right?  I took the red plastic thing off but when I put the NS sign on loose it is very bright.  Also, it says they are interchangeable, but they are actually stickers.  Best way I can describe it is they are of a bumper sticker type of material and thickness. I am also using the offical 4.5 volt menards wall wart power supply.  Also, unless I am missing something, there is no duplicate to be used on the backside.  I will have to put Mt Dew or some such random sticker on the back.  Is there a way to order another NS sticker?
