I found 4 pieces of 12" diameter steel 2-rail track. 4 pieces make a circle. Anyone have any idea who made it?

What kind of help do you need?
All the help I can get. See my post again Arthur.

is either the outer or inner rail insulated?
steve
Could it possibly be for a wind up set?
neither rail is insulated.
Is it O-gauge, 1.25" between rails? Can you post some good close-up photos of the track and cross-ties and connectors?
It's on ebay with pictures. The # is, 251024544341. My id is derekedwin
Here are some pics and the link. I would be interested to hear a verdict on this curiousity.

Assuming this is O gauge ???
Must have been for a really small 4-wheel item, maybe a single unit instead of a train ?

ACE, Thanks for putting it on here. I just did another check. From outside rail to outside rail the diameter is about 14". The distance between the rails is 1 1/4". That tell you anything?
If it's 1-1/4", it's O-Gauge. But the curve is crazy tight. Had to be a hand car circle, but even the Mickey and Minnie hand car track circle was twice as big. Most peculiar.
Eddie's track may be Hornby or Wells Brimtoy, English made.
They made some O-gauge clockwork sets with very tight curves.
