I'm building a control panel and plan on putting ammeters in for each of four powerhouses I have (2x 135 2x 180). By my calculations the 135 should max out at 7.5 amps and the 180 at 10 measured on the 18v output side ... am I close? Thanks

Yes. Generally, you would pick a full scale meter that’s say 1.5 times your max expected current (or voltage). I would use 15 amp and 25 volt meters for legacy. Although, you would seldom see 10 amps, so maybe 10 amps would be better.
Thanks @cjack 10 amps is readily available, 15 would be ideal I suppose but I haven't located any and 20 which I can find seems silly as most of the scale would never ever be use. So 10a it is.
