14558 b&o powered b unit, 32309 patriot tank car, need informatipn

Hello all,

I have these two subject cars and can't really find any information on them especially the POWERED B unit. I know they only made 700 to patriotic gang car please advise the value of these items as I am considering selling them or Trading. They are both new.
