Wow, my top is 40 cars with a Polar Express R-T-R engine, and a #2350, and that was all on a regular carpet layout, with 072 curves, that was a lot of trouble, but with your long curves, I don't think tipping over is your problem. Thank you for sharing.
Man... do they have food stamps to buy o scale rolling stock? That is a lot of money on those rails.

About (& I'm guessing about the distance) 50 - 70 feet ? ... By the time the points ascends and then returns back down it really pushes the envelope ! (one heavy pull up grades of 1%) ... The Turns are o192 and all the consist / engines "CAR WISE" are all MTH.
In the end the 30 amp. limit was exceeded and "blew" some automotive fusible link ... Damage ? ... "none of course". 
dimension: 30 by 44 appx.
