Is it possible to convert the 2-rail passenger wheel sets to hi-rail without a whole truck replacement? I have it yet seen a solution of this nature. Are deep flanged wheels available that would fit the 2-rail trucks? Thanks

Just replace the whole truck.
The CZ trucks are ball bearing and pulling the wheels requires complete disassembly of the trucks, and then would take a very specifically sized axle to reassemble. Even IF Northwest Shortline stocked such an axle, which is unlikely in 3 rail, the cost would wash out with a new set of trucks.
The easiest way to convert the CZ cars is actually to find someone who has the opposite, and swap the shell of the 3R car onto the 2R chassis, and visa versa.
Just swap the whole car.
Thanks gents. I was hoping that I could just split the scale truck, insert generic high rail wheels, button it up and call it a day. The Atlas site shows an exploded view on a parts page, but no differentiation of wheel sets. Guess I can request trucks from the Wanted directory.
