The Middletown & Hummelstown RR has had flooding along much of its route, this is apparently Fulling Mill Rd. near Hummelstown.

Bridgeview Inn near Marysville was virtually surrounded this morning when the Susquehanna River crested.

Yes...is that all the problems?  I noticed Hershey  and park were severely flooded, and l don't remember a nearby river or stream, and thought the amusement park and surrounding area were up on a slope?  Saw Palmyra mentioned, and thought it was just east of Hershey?  How about York?...Susquehanna runs between York and Lancaster, which last has a stream?  Lot of covered bridges in that area..
