Ladies & Gentlemen,

Ron L was looking for some advise a short time ago here on the OGR forum about converting his operating Hallmark/Lionel Ornament to track power, his post spurred me on to purchasing this Christmas Ornament and it arrived today via USPS in Perfect shape, the original damage DB noted on Ornament Web-Sight on the top of the Hallmark box, was so slight that you can hardly notice the scratch on the box.  I did have to rework the mini light cord on the Lionel layout Ornament, to adapt to our older Bear Tree Mini-lights, but it came out just perfect.   The Lionel layout Ornament lights, the Trains run and the crossing gate operates, the train sounds are fantastic also, seriously nice Hallmark/Lionel Christmas Ornament.

Many Thanks to Ron L for showing this Incredible Hallmark/Lionel Christmas Ornament on the OGR, for me to see and add to our Christmas O Gauge layout.  I appreciate it very very much!  Special Thanks to Dave 45681 for locating a 2004 Lionel Ornament for my family in absolutely perfect shape & working order.  A great new Ornament for our Bear Christmas Tree.

You guys here on the OGR are the greatest people on earth.

Merry Christmas!

Big Jim,

My directions tell of the sound button being the "L" on top of the transformer, however my instructions have no mention of the directional train control being the transformer handle, way cool, I just made my trains go backward and then forward again, thanks much for telling me of the exacting directional instructions, that did not appear in my Ornament Directions.  Both the Caboose and the Transformer Directional Instructions are not part of my Lionelville Ornament.  Way cool that the trains can actually be controlled by the ZW transformer on the Ornament.  Is there some other part of the directions that I am also missing, that you have.

SUZU,

When you move the left handle on the ZW it actually reverses the Tin Plate Train's movement, so it runs in reverse, do it again and it runs forward again.  The "L" on top of the transformer when pushed activates the train sounds, and announcements.   You will love this thing, if you see another one for sale, definitely grab it, the 2004 Hallmark/Lionel Lionelville Ornament will be a serious addition to your Christmas Tree or Train layout.  This ornament is definitely impressive, nicely lighted and quite colorful.
