2017 Convention AF Flatcars w/ Jeeps... Issue

Received my set of 2 today. One is perfect but 16002 had a broken Jeep and brake wheel. Assuming this can be replaced through the TCA office? Very nice cars. Will post pics of the good car in the S Forum. Please see below for damage car.
